There are some corner lots throughout the district that allow lots to be subdivided. Planning tends to allow this to give more housing options. There are essentially two ways to address this current zoning. The first option is rezoning the corner lots. This might mean that property values can go down for those lots. The second option is a contextual overlay. This would require that anything being built matches the homes around it i.e. height, material, etc. However, this will still allow corner lots to be subdivided. We will talk about all options with planning.
